Today, Komdragmetall manages 54 properties with a total value of over 820 million rubles. All the properties belong to the Republic of Sakha(Yakutia), of which 20 properties are commercial and catering facilities, the other 34 are industrial and administrative facilities.
The properties are not limited to the city of Yakutsk, but also Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Lensk, Mirny and Ust-Nera. In order to most efficiently use state materials, we lease out 36 properties as well as trade and production equipment. In order to ensure uninterrupted functioning of our properties, Komdragmetall provides technical and operational maintenance, regular and capital repairs, and insurance.
We work with over 200 tenants such as government agencies, corporations, and small to medium businesses. Tenants can be divided into the following groups according to their activities: wholesale and retail sales, diamond processing, construction, catering, consumer services, banking, hotel services, medicine and others.
